Coverage and charges
We arrange delivery within Malaysia where service is available. Charges depend on destination, package size, weight and order quantity and will be stated in your quotation.
Timing
Estimated dispatch and delivery windows begin after order and payment confirmation. They are estimates and can be affected by stock availability, peak periods and carrier conditions.
Receiving an order
Please check cartons and products promptly. Photograph visible transit damage and notify us within 48 hours so we can review the issue.
Business orders
Large or wholesale orders may use pallet, lorry or scheduled delivery. Access requirements should be shared during enquiry.
